Chris Bartle -- Co-Founder-- Bartle currently supervises the overall management of the company. Although perhaps a surfer at heart, Chris was formerly an attorney in New York and is now working in an investment fund. While he was practicing full time, he used his legal skills and experience in the fight to protect and restore America's waterways. Chris helped to bring a Clean Water Act case against the Environmental Protection Agency affecting every U.S. waterway with a power plant on it, and recently has been part of a process that resulted in Nestle Waters of North America purchasing additional sustainable springs for its Poland Spring brand. He also represented several clients, including a recycling company, in their environmental matters, among other things, challenging responsible parties in Superfund cleanup cases and working with composting companies. In the beverage business, he is also affiliated with Isbre, Boylan Bottling, Crayons Fruit Drinks and Fizzy Lizzy. He is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
