Michael Hoare -- Michael has been in the beverage and natural food industry since 1979. He started with a distributor in the New York area and stayed with them for 15 years, moving through the ranks from sales representative, to sales manager and finally to vice president of sales.
In 1997 he introduced an innovative product, Fresh Samantha, into the Metro New York market. He then went on to open up other markets down the eastern seaboard. Eventually he would become a national sales account manager. When Fresh Samantha was acquired by a bigger company he left and helped introduce another fresh smoothie, Naked Juice.
In 2000 he started his own consulting business in the beverage and natural food industry. In 2002, he helped create and became partners in a natural snack company, Primal Spirit Foods, a meatless jerky that is also vegan.
In 2003 he became the brand manager for Keeper Springs. Since then he has increased sales and kept the company moving forward each year.
He also is a sole proprietor of a company that distributes only environmentally correct products. The company he distributes products for became the first "Climate Neutral" certified company to totally offset its CO2 emissions, resulting in a net zero impact on the environment.
Michael has been concerned with the environment since he was 15 years old. Camping made him aware of the impact he and his fellow humans have on nature. He tries to show others the importance of taking action to help make the planet a better place for all its inhabitants and those who come after us.
