John Hoving -- Co-Founder & Vice-Chairman -- An avid defender of the environment, Mr. Hoving is also a seasoned veteran of the intricacies of non-profit organizations and an expert in event production and coordination. Formerly Associate Director of Design and Product Development at Tiffany & Co., Mr. Hoving started his non-profit career in 1985 as the Assistant Director of the international relief and development agency CARE and then became Development Director of Riverkeeper, where he was responsible for all fund-raising endeavors, public relations, special events, merchandising and licensing. Mr. Hoving recently worked as the Vice President of Development at the Caron Foundation, where he successfully produced A Musical Tribute to the Beatles honoring Tom Freston, Chairman & CEO of MTV Networks. He has now started the United Network for Creative Licensing & Events, Inc. The company is dedicated to creating and managing special events in addition to licensing and merchandising. He is a graduate of New York University and holds a masters degree in clinical social work from Fordham University.
